Founding partner, graduated in mechanical engineering, but with a strong background in Chemistry, Gilmar is our great encourager, mentor and leader. It has more than 35 years of experience and stories in the Composites and Engineering Plastics segment. One of JEC Word’s biggest award winners, he is recognized globally as a visionary and entrepreneurial executive. Gilmar is a born innovator, passionate about composite materials and engineering plastics.
ERIVELTO MUSSIO
Veto is our architect and great inventor. With an above-average development capacity, there is no problem that he cannot solve. For over 20 years working in the composites segment, Veto has traveled the world implementing solutions. Its portfolio includes the Carrasco airport located in Montevideo, which is considered one of the 20 composite masterpieces in the world.
FREDERIC ROMIER
Our French partner has been in the composites market for 30 years, pioneering and responsible for developing the market for fiberglass RTM blankets with a core, and has also leveraged thermoplastic materials in a honeycomb format for sandwich structures around the world. Fred, as he is better known, has access and relationships in several countries around the world. It is our strength, gaze and arm in Asia, Europe and Arab countries.
LUCAS LIMA
He is restless, trained in advertising and has high sensitivity, observation skills and great creative ability. He takes care of our communication, positioning, strategies and especially our image. It has invested in in-depth knowledge of our materials, technologies, solutions and segments.
SILMARA NARDI
An administrator by training, she is the one who takes care of the administrative and accounting aspects, working in the composites segment since 1990, Silmara knows our business like few administrators, detail-oriented and attentive, she doesn’t miss anything and is always ready for a new challenge.
